You can't reach by car ... Take a tuk tuk ricksha,🛺 Starewase is too small .... Picture shows rooms are so Big actually 😮 Photo taken by wide lens that's why it's seems soo big . Good views Bath towels are 🤐 Food milkShake rating 3/5

It is the best hotel to get a lake view. There is a big window from where you get ample view of lake pichola. Rooftop restaurant was like cheery on the cake. It was so beautiful experience staying in this hotel. I would recommend this to everyone going to visit udaipur.

I would give it a negative rating if that was allowed!Our stay here was a nightmare! DO NOT BOOK this hotel! The pictures are a farce! They started cleaning the hotel when we got there.It was extremely dirty!It was super cold and they did not have extra blankets to give us! So many of us caught cold! The beautiful terrace everyone is bragging about is unclean! We had to clean the seats ourselves to sit there.The approach to the hotel is obnoxious with open drains.No transport is allowed so we had to carry our bags up and down the slope!Final word of advice...STAY AWAY!

Right at the heart of city on the bank of Pichola lake just adjacent to City Palace. There are few rooms facing the lake. The access road is very narrow and you have to walk about few hundred meters including steep ascend holding your luggage. No motorable road to the hotel entry. Further, during peak traffic hours, you have to leave the car and take an auto to reach near the city palace, followed by the walk.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. While what we thought we had booked (room with a lake view) was not given to us. Aditya/Bhim (at front office) were very kind and helpful in helping us plan small trips around the place. Things we liked: Rooftop restaurant - great view of the Lake Pichola. One of the best. The breakfast quality was good. Things we didnt like: Cleaniless levels in the rooms needs improvement. The plants at the terraces need care (and some were dying). The service level at the restaurant needs to be improved (I felt that the staff were being stretched, due to high season demand). Overall: Ok hotel and decent value for money. Will we stay here again, if we visit Udaipur again? - Probably not.
